Four Ingredient Pineapple Smoothie

Want to try something that’s sweet with a slight tang to it? Try this Four Ingredient Pineapple Smoothie! This Four Ingredient Pineapple Smoothie can be made with dairy products or it can be made without dairy products. Typically, when I make this smoothie, I like to make it non-dairy. Use dairy-free milk and dairy-free yogurt to make it non-dairy.

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 frozen ripe pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup 1 milk, any kind

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 vanilla yogurt

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 water


  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  • Add more water or ice if you prefer it to be thinner or thicker. 

Let’s get to making this Four Ingredient Pineapple Smoothie smoothie, shall we? To start, prepare your ingredients so that they are ready to go. The ingredients that you will need to make this are ½ cup of frozen ripe pineapple chunks, 1 cup of milk (any kind), ¼ cup of vanilla yogurt, and ¼ cup of water. If you do not have frozen pineapple, you can use unfrozen pineapple chunks and just add ice cubes to the blender. 

To get started on making this, go ahead and put all of your ingredients into a blender. Since this recipe only makes one serving, a small blender is just fine. Next, blend everything together. Add more or less liquid depending on the consistency that you would like your smoothie to be. Finally, serve your smoothie and enjoy it! That’s it! It’s easy to make smoothies, isn’t it?

When I serve this smoothie to myself, I like to dress it up with a pretty straw. Sometimes, I will cut a slit into a piece of pineapple and place it on the rim of the glass. Drinking it this way makes me feel rather special and pampered! Make it look as pretty as you like. After all, if your taste buds are pleased, you want your eyes to be pleased as well.
