To make flavorful spaghetti squash, all you need is one spaghetti squash, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, to taste. First, begin by preheating your oven to 400°F/200°C. Next, wash the spaghetti squash and slice it in half lengthwise. Then, scoop out and discard the center seeds and flesh. Lightly drizzle the inside with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper, to taste. Poke the outside of the squash multiple times with a fork. This allows its steam to escape. Bake it cut side down for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove it from the oven and flip it over. Use a fork to create spaghetti-like strands. Finally, serve it and enjoy! It truly is that simple.

The act of creating the spaghetti-like strands is therapeutic. You won’t want to stop. Making this recipe is a great way to eat squash. It’s an even better way to replace your typical pasta. If you are looking for a way to replace your usual spaghetti pasta, then try making this with your favorite meat sauce and see how you like it.
