Yes. The Breakfast Cookie is loaded with healthy ingredients. Mashed banana, almond butter, quick oats, honey, and cinnamon are all items in your kitchen. Even if you don’t have bananas, no need to make a run to the grocery store. Just take a quick walk to your local 7 Eleven or convenience store and buy a banana or two. See how much time I just saved you and you got a nice brisk walk.






Ok. Now that you have gathered all of your ingredients, gotten some fresh air to grab your bananas from the local convenience store, it’s time to do this quick mixing and quick baking. Pull out your mixing bowl, mix all of your ingredients, and form in a cookie shape. Then, place formed cookies on a baking sheet and place the cookies in your pre-heated oven. Then, set your timer for about 12 minutes and wait. Well, actually, wash your few dishes/utensils that you need to clean so that you can sit back and enjoy your Breakfast Cookie as soon as it is out of the oven and cooled for a few minutes.
