Air Fryer Home Fries

Aren’t potatoes just so versatile? Truly, there is just so much that you can do with potatoes. You can slice them, dice them, chop them, bake them, fry them, boil them, mash them and so much more. However they are cooked, they typically turn out to be delicious. And, usually, only a bit of seasoning is required.

These Air Fryer Home Fries that we’re making today are packed with flavor, easy to chop, and even more fun to eat! Only a few ingredients are required to make these. So, let’s get started!

The ingredients that you need to make these Air Fryer Home Fries are, 1½ pounds of russet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper, to taste. Yep! That’s it!

To get started on making these Air Fryer Home Fries, first, start by washing and peeling the potatoes to your liking. I say “to your liking” because peeling is optional. Some people prefer to leave potato skin on their home fries so, it is entirely up to you.

Then, cut them into ½ inch cubes. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place your seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket occasionally. Finally, Serve and Enjoy your Air Fryer Home Fries however you would like. My favorite way is with ketchup, and breakfast staples such as eggs, sausage, and pancakes.

These home fries come up beautifully golden and crispy and nice and pillowy soft on the inside. That’s the best way to make them. Home Fries shouldn’t be too soggy or undercooked. That won’t taste very good. Hopefully, you have fun making this recipe and find it delicious! And, hopefully, you add it to your list of meal items. Enjoy them!
