This Holiday Cookie Dip recipe makes enough to serve eight people. The ingredients that you will need to make this recipe are one 8-ounce package of softened cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, ½ cup of vanilla yogurt, festive sprinkles, and festive holiday cookies for dipping.

This recipe requires only 5 minutes of preparation. Chilling time is optional. If you do choose to serve this cold, then chill the dip to your desired temperature. To make this recipe first, grab out a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, pure vanilla extract, and vanilla yogurt. It should be relatively easy to mix. This is why you want the cream cheese to be softened. Next, fold in the sprinkles with a spatula. Finally, serve your Holiday Cookie Dip with cookies for dipping and Enjoy!

Even if you don’t make this for your next holiday gathering, save this recipe to come back to at a later date! You can make this for your New Year’s Eve party, Valentine’s Day, Saint Patrick’s Day, The Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, or Kwanzaa. Just be sure to use the right color sprinkles to fit the occasion!

If you make this cookie dip for Valentine’s day, you can call it Valentine Cookie Dip. Use heart cookies as your dippers.  If you make it for Easter, call it Easter Cookie Dip and use egg and bunny-shaped cookies as your dippers. See what I mean when I say that there is so much room for creativity with this recipe. That is why children love it so much! Let them put the sprinkles into the mixture. They’ll have a lot of fun with that!

So, whatever holiday you choose to make this Holiday Cookie Dip for, I hope you have a lot of fun with it! Enjoy the sweet taste of the sugar, the slight tang from the cream cheese, the fluffy whipped texture, and the crunch of the sprinkles. Have fun dip, dip, dippin’ away!
