Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Love is definitely in the air and this year, Valentine’s weekend seems to be colliding with the Superbowl. And, I have the perfect solution to satisfy both male and female. The Super Bowl is being held in Southern California this year.

If you are a football fan, especially a Los Angeles Rams fan, then why not treat the woman or man you love to a place where the sun is usually shining and the strawberries are always juicy. Yes, Chocolate Covered Strawberries will be flowing freely and will satisfy the palate quite well. Too late to get Superbowl tickets? That’s ok too.

If you are visiting, especially for the first time, then, do all of the tourist adventures before you wind down to kick back and watch the game. My suggestions: Rodeo Drive, Hollywood Walk of Fame, The Grove, Disneyland, Madame Tussauds Hollywood, Los Angeles Zoo. The list goes on and on.

I am not a newbie here anymore, but I remember coming to Los Angeles for the very first time for a week’s vacation in August 2017, and being mesmerized with the bright lights and the multitudes of people. It was overwhelming yet exciting. Even the hotel where we stayed, was swarming with celebrities. My mom was super excited when she got to see Alice Cooper walking to his tour bus.

Of course, I love to eat and the restaurants that we visited were fantastic. Right across the street from our hotel was the perfect breakfast spot that we visited nearly every morning and I had the best waffles with fresh strawberries. Then, if that wasn’t enough to satisfy my appetite, in the same shopping center was the cutest pharmacy/gift shop that sold the most delicious and juiciest Chocolate Covered Strawberries. They were plump, sweet and perfectly dipped in creamy chocolate.

I hope I have convinced you to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries because they are simple to make, juicy to eat and pleasing to the palate. Enjoy the Superbowl and Enjoy your Valentine’s Day! Most importantly, Enjoy the Sweet Love You Share Together Every Day!
