For this recipe, I used leftover precooked steak. However, this recipe is written using uncooked steak. That way, if you don’t know how to cook a steak, you can just follow these instructions. Hopefully, that makes cooking this a bit less stressful for you. I doubt everyone has pre-cooked steak in their refrigerator.

Alright. Let’s get into it. Shall we? To make these steak tacos first, gather your ingredients. You will need olive oil, 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning, 1 pound of flank steak, 2 teaspoons of lime juice, 4 soft shell tortillas (flour or corn), salsa, sour cream, Mexican cilantro, jalapeños, and black or pinto beans.

Next, get to cooking. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the flank steak with taco seasoning and add it to the skillet. Cook the steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Add your lime juice and slice the steak into strips. Now, assemble your tacos with steak, salsa, sour cream, cilantro, jalapenos, beans, and any other toppings of your choice. And, Finally, Serve and Enjoy!

As you can tell, this is a rather simple dish to make! Not much goes into this dish to make it tasty and flavorful. Also, feel free to make your own taco seasoning blend with various spices. I love a quick store-bought taco seasoning.

My sister and I loved eating these. We each had 2 tacos and were satisfied. Enjoy serving these tacos for lunch or dinner. Oh, and if you like mojitos, have one or two to go with these yummy tacos! Have fun with these!
