Ingredients

  • 3 pounds 3 red or gold potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons 2 olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons 2 garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons 2 Italian seasoning

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  • Wash, pat dry and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Season with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying!
