This is a dish that can be substituted for other meats or seafood of your choice. If you prefer shrimp, then replace the chicken with shrimp. I like both, but chose to make this dish with chicken.

I paired this dish with a side order of broccoli and a roll. I was quite satisfied and made enough for leftovers the next day. I am quite happy when I can reach into my refrigerator and know that I have lunch or even dinner waiting to only be heated. You can do the same. Make an extra batch for days that you don’t feel like cooking. You will be glad you did.

If you love garlic and who doesn’t, this Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta recipe gives this dish just the right amount of extra flavor. Garlic has numerous health benefits. It can do wonders for the immune system. I found out from my trusted friend, Google, that the best way to eat garlic is in its rawest form. Garlic is known to help support heart health, stabilize blood sugar and even improve memory.  All the more reason to indulge in as much garlic as you possibly can.

Of course, in this dish the garlic is cooked.  The smell of garlic excites my palate because I know when garlic is in a dish, it is going to be good.  That is why I wanted to share this recipe with you. Now, I am hungry again and think I will grab my Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta out of my refrigerator and heat up my leftovers.  I hope I have some bread left over too. Enjoy!
