Only 10 minutes of prep and 5 minutes of cooking time are needed for this delicious treat. Chilling time is about 3 hours. However, you could get away with 2 hours depending on how cold your refrigerator is. As long as the fudge sets to a firm consistency, then it is ready to be eaten!

Alright, now we can get to the good stuff… Let’s get started on making this Chocolate Fudge. The ingredients that you will need to make this are 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chunks, 1 ¾ cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. And, yes. In this case, vanilla DOES belong in a chocolate dessert! A lot of people hesitate to put anything vanilla inside of chocolate baked goods. However, I can assure you that the addition of vanilla extract in this recipe only helps the chocolate flavor to bloom even more!

To make this Chocolate Fudge, first, grease an 8×8 square baking dish and line it with some parchment paper. Be sure to leave some overlap on the sides. Then, set the baking dish aside. Next, in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high, stir together the semi-sweet chocolate chunks, sugar, milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Bring everything to a boil and then reduce it to a simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to set until it’s firm. After 3 hours, remove it from the refrigerator. Slice it into equal-sized pieces. And, serve it and enjoy! How easy is that? Extremely! The most difficult part is having to wait 3 hours to try some.

Don’t fret, however! The wait time will be over soon enough. And, once you take a bite of this chocolaty treat, you will be hooked! This just melts in your mouth. I hope you enjoy making this delicious Chocolate Fudge recipe!
